- I wear braids a lot to give my hair a chance to grow all over. I also use a spray that keeps it strong as it grows so I don't get any thinning or breakage. Braids helped in the thickening of my hair.

I WOULD LIKE TO HEAR WHAT OTHERS ARE USING TO KEEP THEIR HAIR STRONG.
I'm always interested in hearing what others are doing to keep their hair strong. Hair grows anyway, what I want to know is what others use when wearing their hair down to keep it from breaking and shedding. If the hair isn't breaking or shedding, you see all your growth unless you have a medical condition.
