I am :
1. washing 2 x weekly/Aphogee damaged hair/Avacor detox scalp shampoo, shikakai soap/ 1 wash only
2. DC/ 20 minutes/w/ heated cap
3. moisturize with Amla,brahmi oil
4. alternate with staples Miel y leche ( dominican products
5. bun up wear protective styles- keep hair out of air
6. dust- only when needed
7.limited heat applicances such as flat irons,curling rods, will use blow dryer but limited usage
